Memorial Portrait for Malik

March 20, 2025

This is a memorial portrait of Malik, someone who was proud to be disabled, trans, and Palestinian. I made this memorial piece for those who remember him and  for his community.

[ID: a portrait of a young Palestinian guy sitting in the center of the image. He has floppy curly dark hair and a beard on his round happy face. He has a shirt with paint drips in the front, and an over shirt that is lined with checker print on the cuffs. He has lots of bracelets and pins that are mostly queer themed. One bracelet says "Queer" and one says "Disabled". His necklace says "He/Him". Behind him the background is a faded Palestine flag faded to a trans pride flag.]
